This year’s SIS school trip for parents, volunteers and students will take place on Saturday 4th July 2026, insha’Allah.
Following the success of last year’s trip, we will once again be visiting London, where families will have the opportunity to explore some of the city’s world-class museums in the South Kensington area.
We will leave Milton Keynes at 8:30 a.m. and travel down together by coach to Cromwell Road in London where families may then make their way to visit the museum(s) of their choice such as:
Natural History Museum – a world renowned place showcasing a vast range of specimens from the natural world including dinosaur skeletons
Science Museum – a fun and interactive place where you can learn about science, technology and invention
V & A Museum – including its Islamic Art collections
We will also look to meet for an optional group gathering/picnic in Hyde Park insha Allah
Families may then return to visit some of the other museums or explore surrounding areas before meeting at the coach to head back to Milton Keynes at approximately 5:30 p.m.
Tickets & Bookings
Coach tickets are £10.00 per person up to a maximum of 4 and £15.00 thereafter.
General museum admissions are free although some exhibits may carry a separate charge (please plan/book this yourself if required).
