Assalaamu Alaikum, welcome back to all students joining us for the start of Term 2 today! Parents should have received Term 1 reports via email, please contact your child’s class teacher in cases of any queries.

As Salaam alaykum everyone and welcome back to MKIS following the blessed month of Ramadan and Eid ul fitr celebrations! Alhamdulillah! In today’s lesson, the amazing IS1 discussed what a good Muslim should do, and the importance of remembering Allah SWT. During their lesson today, IS1 made beautiful tasbeeh beads to practice their dhikr (remembrance) of Allah SWT – Mashallah! It was wonderful to see everyone excited and hearing the beautiful dhikr of Allah SWT throughout the class alhamdulillah! Well done team IS1! 👏🏽🌟👍🏽

Please note we have some places remaining in a few classes starting in January 2017 insha Allah.  Enrolments and student assessments will be taking place tomorrow (Sunday 11th December) at Southwood School.  Please bring your child(ren) for 10:00 a.m. where they will be assessed and assigned classes (space permitting).

Please note that we will be holding the last of our Pupil Progress Meetings for the year this Sunday (26th June) from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. where you will be able to collect your child(ren)’s final report and learn of their progress.  Please note: Children do not need to attend as there are no further classes this year.

Secondly, Sunday 3rd July will be the last day of this academic year where we will be holding our Student Awards Ceremony, recognising the top performing students in each class.  Please come along and join your child(ren) in celebrating the end of another school year.
