Notices
Dhuhr Prayer Time Change
Please note we will be holding our normal congregational Dhuhr prayer at midday for the next few months. This means Arabic Studies will run through until 1:30 p.m. Please come to school to collect your children at this time and no earlier.
Late Arrival to School
As announced during assembly last week, despite many warnings late attendance continues to be a problem. As a result any students arriving late for the 3rd occasion since the start of Term 1 will be asked to return home. Late attendance causes disruption to the morning assembly and first lesson so please help us by ensuring you bring your child(ren) to school by no later than 9:50 a.m.
SIS Enrolment Day – 6th September 2015
SIS Enrolment Day will be held on Sunday 6th September at Southwood School in Conniburrow insha Allah. As per our previous posts, places will now be offered on a first come first served basis so if you didn’t register online during August you must attend on 6th September to enrol.
New families with children aged 8+ will need to undergo some brief tests in order to determine which class they will be allocated so please bring them with you this Sunday. Children aged 5 – 7 will be automatically assigned to a class (space permitting).
YOU DO NOT NEED TO ATTEND IF YOU HAVE ALREADY ENROLLED AND PAID ONLINE – Please come to school on Sunday 13th September for the start of Term 1 to learn which classes your children have been allocated.
SIS Re-Enrolment 2015 – Deadline Extended!
UPDATE: ENROLMENT DEADLINE EXTENDED TO 23.08.15 – Parents who were registered with us last year are requested to re-enrol by clicking on the “Enrolments” option at the top of this page. School places are offered to returning students first so please ensure you register urgently, else remaining places will be offered on a first come first served basis regardless of new or returning students.
Initial deposit or fees payment in full can now be made online. Please ensure you pay at least the minimum deposit per child (£50) in order to secure your school places. SPACES CANNOT BE RESERVED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT as this has resulted in us having to turn new applicants away only to find out later that the reserved places were no longer needed.
VOLUNTEERS: If you volunteered with us last year and are continuing this year, please DO NOT register through this form. Please use the form in the Staff Area and check your email for login details.
Please contact us using the details on our Contact page if you have any questions/concerns.
On behalf of the SIS Management Team, we would look forward to welcoming you back to School in September insha Allah.
